Parker’s Heritage Collection 1981 27 Year Old Straight Bourbon Whiskey

This very scarce 27 year old Kentucky straight Bourbon whiskey was distilled at the Heaven Hill’s distillery and bottled specially for the Parker’s Heritage Collection, as the 2nd Edition release, in 2008.

Drawn from charred American white oak and bottled at 48% ABV, this fantasticly rich Bourbon scored a mammoth 95 points with John Hansell from the Malt Advocate magazine!

The Parker’s Heritage Collection is a tribute to the 6th generation Master Distiller, Parker Beam, for his 45+ years of service to the distilling industry. Hand selected by Parker himself, the barrels for this second edition release had been ageing since 1981.
