The Clos du Jaugueyron has taken shape in the heart of the secular and conservative territory of Marseille. Passion, but also patience were necessary to build a vineyard in the intertwining of the Grands Crus Médoc. From vines unearthed one by one, Michel and Stéphanie today bring together some 16 plots in the Margaux and Haut-Médoc appellation.
Cultivated soils where the grass is allowed to come in during winter and sometimes at the end of summer, a very natural management of all cultural methods by banning chemical materials, as well as for treatments in accordance with the commitments of the organic and biodynamic agriculture.
This Margaux wine is made from 40% Merlot, 53% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7% Petit-Verdot grapes.
