Hommage a William Deutz comes soley from Ay vineyards and spends seven years on the lees. The wine is rich and vinous with notes of apricot, quince and bakewell tart.

Deutz is based in Ay in the heart of Pinot Noir country it owns 42 hectares of vineyard and works with growers that they have long term relationships with so can guarantee the quality of their grapes.
